Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: Products will be processed and shipped out within 10 business days of receiving the order as the products are handmade.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. We also offer a collection option, contact us to arrange a time to collect your item via WhatsApp on : 082 924 8905
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our shipping information page for estimated delivery times.

Returns Policy:

  • Customized Goods: We do not accept returns for customized goods as they are made to order.
  • Non-Customized Goods: Returns are accepted for non-customized goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will apply. 
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds Policy:

  • Goods Made to Order: As our goods are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
  • Damaged Items: If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will send a replacement item free of charge.
